"In the future, we will discuss with the ministry thus the implementation guidelines (juklak) and technical guidelines (juknis) of DAK distribution can be more flexible," expressed Sopan Adrianto, Head of Education and Culture Dept., at City Council Building, Wednesday (9/13).
Education Dept. Demanded to Intensify Socialization of DAK PAUDAccording to him, juklak and juknis set by Ministry of Education and Culture is one of obstacles to the DAK distribution worth Rp 80 billion for 4,000 PAUDs in Jakarta this year.
"For this year, from Rp 80 billion, Rp 55 billion has been absorbed," he stated.
He explained, in juknis, its distribution can only be given to PAUD that has operational permit, fixed curriculum, number of students over 12 people and permanent land as PAUD.
"At this time there are still many PAUD held in garages, posyandu, even students under 12 children," he expressed.
Nevertheless, he ensures will continue to socialize DAK to PAUD management for absorption more optimal next year.
